This will allow us to provide you with the knowledge to obtain the life cycle of the equipment, the correct frequency of maintenance for the application of each asset and electrical compliance requirements for your site. 


Once a Audit is complete on your site you will be provided with a condition report on all HVAC+R equipment and Electrical Switchboards with the following information:

- Condition - new, good, poor 

- Upgrade budgets for Aged, non compliant and faulty equipment

- Recommendation summary
